Shipping

How long does it take to get my poster?

As soon as we receive your order, it is automatically processed by our print shop within 24-48 hours.

Printing and shipping usually take 3-5 days after your order has been picked up by the workshop.

You have complete control over the personalization of your poster thanks to our editor, so you don't have to wait for any additional operations from our graphics team.

You can also add a manual verification request so that our team can make sure that your poster is in the right format and that the photo file is of the right quality. It will take an additional 48 hours for our graphics team to intervene.

What are your shipping times?

The print shop usually takes 24-48 hours to process your order.

Printing and shipping usually take 3-5 days after this.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

At the moment we don't support US PO boxes as a delivery address.

I haven't received my poster yet!

Please check if you have received your order confirmation email with your order number.

If so, you should also have received an e-mail with a tracking code, which is sent when your order is shipped.Please check that the delivery address you have entered is correct.

You haven't received an e-mail? It's possible that you made a typing error when you entered it. We can change it and resend you the e-mail you didn't receive. Please contact us.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out, after you've approved your digital proof.

Refunds / Order change

How do I create my poster?

Creating your Netflix poster is actually really simple using our Poster Builder.

STEP 1: SELECT STYLE AN SIZE
Choose a poster or framed poster and select the desired size. Then continue to the Poster Builder by pressing 'Customize my poster'.

STEP 2: UPLOAD PHOTO
The first step is to upload your photo. You can do this directly from your device. The photo will appear in the preview and you can crop it as you wish.

STEP 3: ADD CONTENT
Fill in the content of your poster: title, synopsis, date, number of episodes if you select “Series”, actors and genre.

STEP 4: ORDER
Once your order has been validated, we wait 24 hours to pass it on to the production workshop. This allows us to make sure there are no errors, and to make last-minute changes.

Once approved, you receive your poster within 3-5 days.

Is my photo good enough?

Most photos work perfectly in our designs. Photos taken on a mobile phone too! Don't worry, we always check your photo.

For best results, make sure to:
- Upload the highest possible resolution (2000x2000 pixels recommended)
- The people are within the frame
- Photo is taken in (day)light

If your photo is not of high quality, you can select the “upscale photo” option at $9.90 and our team will rework your photo to improve its quality, sending it to you for validation before sending it to print.

What's a digital file?

You can purchase a digital file of your poster. This means you get a download link to a digital, full resolution, print-ready file. You can then use this in case you want to print (more) yourself or keep for future use.

How do I edit my poster from the cart?

You can make changes to your poster from the cart page by pressing the “Edit” button.

Is my online payment secure?

Absolutely. At Flixyme, we take transaction security very seriously.

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect all transactions and personal information.

All credit card transactions on our site are secured by SSL encryption, which means your data is always protected and cannot be intercepted or stolen.

What's more, we never store your credit card details, providing you with added security.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your purchases :

- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
- by PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

We plan to add other payment options in the future for even greater flexibility.

I can't validate my online payment.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems completing your payment.

This may be due to a number of reasons, such as incorrect credit card information, a problem with your bank or an error in our system.Here are a few tips:

- Check that you have correctly entered your card details, including card number, expiry date and security code.
- Make sure your card has not expired and that you have sufficient funds to make the purchase.
- Try using another credit card or payment method.
- If you use PayPal, make sure your account is in good standing and that you have sufficient funds.

Do you offer refunds?

Your Film Poster unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind due to all of our posters being personalised and manufactured on demand specifically for the customer.

My order arrived damaged, what to do?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 30 days if the item is damaged or partly incomplete.

Please provide photo evidence. We will offer a replacement as soon as we can.
